After opening the doors to their flagship grown™ location two years ago on a busy stretch of highway in South Florida, the concept has grown to include five units, including one at Wesleyan University, two non-traditional locations at HardRock Stadium, and a location inside of a Walmart Supercenter in Orlando. grown™ is widely recognized as a market disrupter for providing convenience without compromise and for stretching the perceptions associated with traditional fast food options. Providing busy people everywhere with delicious, freshly prepared, nutrient dense breakfast, lunch and dinner from a scratch kitchen using strictly 100% USDA organic certified ingredients and delivered with the optimal conveniences we’ve all grown accustomed to is grown’s passionate mission. For more information on how to join the grown mission and own a grown™️, visit grown.org.

Chief Happiness Officer, CEO & CFO, TERME ITALIA

Anna Di Giuseppe

With my Happy Organizing method, I help people and companies implement positive and permanent changes starting with awareness of needs, values, and talents. This method is the result of a long transformation from accounting, tax expert and Chief Financial Officer to self-science trainer and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO).
Throughout my professional life, I often faced conflicts without having the ‘right’ skills to manage them. I wanted to develop these skills and, most importantly, put them to work to contribute to the creation and growth of positive organizations, so I trained as a CHO through the WOHASU-FIU certification program.
Earlier in my career, I consulted for companies to organize their procedures, improve financial systems, and define economic development plans. Today, I guide companies on the path of transformation into positive organizations, while improving the level of productivity, profitability, and overall employee well-being. I also help professionals, entrepreneurs, and managers align their professional and personal life by better organizing spaces, times, and activities that bring harmony and balance to various areas of life.
As CEO, CFO of TERME ITALIA, a newly created group operating in thermal health, wellbeing end hospitality, I combine my expertise in finance and hospitality with my knowhow as a Chief Happiness Officer. I collaborate with our management team to foster a positive organizational environment.
Additionally, I consult for other companies in the hospitality industry achieve similar goals.
