A happier world starts with how we show up every day.

How we care for our mental health. How we prioritize wellbeing at work. How we lead with empathy, find purpose, and make space for the things that help us thrive.

At WOHASU, we believe wellbeing isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we put into practice, in our lives, workplaces, and the world around us.

Because when we invest in wellbeing, the impact reaches far beyond ourselves.

Here’s to the people turning inspiration into action and helping shape a happier, healthier world.

A little reminder that can make a big difference.

A little reminder that can make a big difference.

Connection matters. Community matters. YOU matter.

Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation, a shared smile, or a simple check-in to remind someone they’re not alone.

At WOHASU, we believe a happier world is built through the connections we create, the kindness we share, and the communities that lift each other up.

Because happiness grows when we grow together.

Tag someone who brings a little more sunshine into your life!

Connection isn’t just good for the soul. It’s essential to our wellbeing.

Research shows that social isolation is associated with a 29% higher risk of premature death.

A powerful reminder that our relationships, friendships and sense of belonging matter more than we sometimes realize.

At WOHASU, we believe human connection is one of the foundations of a happier, healthier world.

Because when we connect, support and show up for one another, we create something bigger than ourselves.

Connection matters. Community matters. YOU matter.

We build a happier world together.

And how do we do this when we are feeling so disconnected?

It’s through meaningful conversations, strong friendships and moments that remind us of our shared humanity and purpose.

WOHASU has been fostering human flourishing for more than a decade by providing a pause, a time and space to reset, learn and connect. And we’ve seen the amazing ripples that have blossomed beyond the stage. It’s in the people you meet, the community that has evolved naturally over time and the actions people take when they get home.

Tag someone who made your WOHASU experience unforgettable!

1 in 7 people worldwide live with a mental disorder. That’s approximately 1.2 billion people.

But behind every statistic is a person. A friend. A family member. A colleague. Someone whose story we may not fully know.

On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded that mental health touches all of us, and that creating a happier world doesn’t mean being happy all the time.

It means creating a world where people feel seen, supported and safe to ask for help. Where conversations replace stigma, compassion strengthens connection, and wellbeing becomes a shared priority.

At WOHASU, we believe meaningful change begins with how we show up for one another.

Because a happier world starts with a more compassionate one.

Today, let’s move beyond awareness and take action. Reach out. Check in. Listen without judgment. Make space for someone who needs it.

What’s one small way we can make mental wellbeing a priority in our communities?
