“Forward-thinking companies have understood that happiness is a core competency and, as such, it must be first acquired and mastered at the managerial and executive level. That is why there are about 1,500 Chief Happiness Officers on LinkedIn.”

Only CHO Program In The World Certified By A University

We are very happy to announce that the Spring 2023 WOHASU-FIU Chief Happiness Officer certification program will be offered ONLINE. Join our global cohort and become part of the wellbeing at work movement.

Our CHO program is interactive and provides evidence-based practical tools to lead today’s workforce through a human-centric approach. We will have several guest speakers, including Karen Guggenheim, founder of WOHASU® and the World Happiness Summit. Participants will receive a comprehensive CHO Resource Guide, Competencies Workbook and access to an extensive resource library in order to design the right happiness and wellbeing plan for their organization. The plans are supported by one or more of the four core competencies of a CHO: Positive Self-Leadership, Stress, Engagement and Flow; Building Positive Relationships and Managing Positive Organizations. Every day, a notable industry leader will share, live, with all participants, successful practices and processes of positive organizations.

Why Invest In Happiness?

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the urgency to invest in employee wellbeing.

Positive managers are top performers, both at the individual and organizational level. Research has demonstrated that work practices aligned with personal and collective growth, values and purpose have positive effects on satisfaction and resilience, thus strengthening innovation, participation, trust and retention.

The positive domino effect sparked by positive practices, inevitably fuels job performance and increases firm productivity.

Who Should Attend

HR directors, general managers, department heads, industry consultants, business coaches, HR trainers, recruiters and other professionals in the services industries who want to be leaders in the wellbeing at work movement.
